The pink and purple hollyhock print is even more vibrant in person than on screen, and it feels sturdy enough for a well-used quilt. I cut a test square and the edges frayed very little, which made piecing a pleasure.

Finally found a bold pink-purple that doesn't wash out — this cotton is soft straight off the bolt but still holds a crisp fold. The 44-inch width gave me just enough for my quilt blocks without extra piecing. So glad I grabbed extra yardage for the backing.

The organic cotton feels really nice and soft to the touch, which is perfect for quilting. I'm impressed with how crisp the hollyhock pattern looks in these pink and purple tones. Just wish the fabric had a bit more structure to hold its shape, but overall a great purchase.
