FIGO - Dusk di Ghazal Razavi - Punti grandi - Pigmento nero

I’ve been sewing with this black fabric and the large dots add just the right subtle texture—the five different prints let me mix and match without clashing. The black-on-black pigmented pattern is exactly what I needed for a versatile background piece.

This fabric has a wonderful hand—soft but with enough body to hold its shape in a gathered skirt. The black-on-black dots are subtle and add such a rich texture. It was a pleasure to cut and sew.

The contrast between the large dots and that rich black base is just gorgeous—it reads almost like a subtle texture until you catch the light. I've already used the five multi-color prints in two different projects and they play beautifully as backgrounds without shouting over the main fabric.
