Finally found the perfect dark background for a modern quilt—this charcoal has such a nice depth while still letting lighter fabrics pop. The hand feels smooth and the print pattern is nicely scaled.

The print is crisp and the charcoal base has a nice depth that reads almost like a soft gray in certain light. I’ve already cut into it for a quilt top and the fabric held a crease beautifully without fraying at the edges.

The charcoal colorway has such a rich, dark depth that makes the geometric squares really pop, and the fabric feels smooth without being slippery. I used it for a lap quilt top and it pressed flat perfectly.
