FREE SPIRIT - ステイシー・ピーターソンのLa Dolce Vita - シーズ - マゼンタ

Cut a square for a quilt block and was thrilled how the magenta pops against the softer pastels in my stash. The fabric feels smooth and has a nice, tight weave that made piecing easy. Really happy with how the whole project turned out.

I was pleasantly surprised by how vivid the magenta colorway turned out once the fabric arrived, it really captures the painterly feel of the original design. The print is detailed enough to work beautifully as a small accent piece in my sewing project.

The magenta colorway is even richer in person than it looked on screen, and the fabric has a lovely weight for quilting. I've already cut into it for a border and the print pattern is beautifully crisp.
