HOFFMAN - Bali Batiks - Deep Jewels - Painted Floral - Grape Juice - K95300-

This fabric has just the right weight for quilting, and the painted floral pattern is far richer in person than on screen. I’m already planning my next project around it, the grape juice shade blends beautifully with lighter purples.

The deep purple color is exactly what I was hoping for, and the batik texture adds beautiful depth to my quilt blocks. The fabric sewed smoothly without any fraying issues, which made piecing a pleasure. I’m already planning another project using this same collection.

I cut into this fabric expecting it to be stiff, but the hand is surprisingly soft and fluid for quilting. The deep purple grape color is even more dimensional than it appears online, with subtle variations in the batik pattern. It pressed flat easily and will make a lovely contrast in my next quilt
