The pre-bent stays made assembly so much easier than other tote patterns I've tried, and the finished bag stands up perfectly. I love how the 2.5" fabric strips show off contrasting prints, and the zipper top keeps everything secure.

I’ve got four of these cut up and ready to sew, and the 2.5" fabric strips go together so fast that the whole bag comes together in one afternoon. The pre-bent stays save a ton of fiddling, and the finished tote holds its shape nicely on my shoulder.
