The finished runner measured out to exactly 74 inches like the description says, which fit my table beautifully. I followed the enclosed road map with my leftover 2.5" strips and it came together in an afternoon. Those self-made tassels were a fun little extra touch for Valentine's Day.

The tassel idea is what sold me—adding my own little fringe really made this runner feel special on the buffet table. It went together in one afternoon with my 2.5” strips, and the 74-inch length fits my dining table perfectly.

Working with 2.5” strips exactly as the pattern says made this runner come together fast, and adding those tassels was more fun than I expected. The finished piece fits my table perfectly and looks so cheerful for Valentine’s Day.
