The fabric’s texture is smooth and tightly woven, holding its shape nicely through prewash without fraying. I used it for a queen-size quilt top and the 44-inch width gave me plenty of uninterrupted cuts. The dark rust tones really pop against the granite base—my stitches sink right in without pucke

The color depth in this Granite-Dk Rust is exactly what my quilt pattern needed—the dark rust tones feel rich without overwhelming the design. With the 44-inch width, I got plenty of usable fabric for my border strips, and it pressed beautifully flat.
