RILEY BLAKE - Expressions Batiks: Express Yourself! - オンブレ - オーシャンブルー - K85356-

I was blown away by how the color shifts in the light — it goes from a soft sky blue to a deep, rich navy depending on the angle. The fabric itself feels incredibly smooth and easy to work with, perfect for a quilt I’m making for my daughter’s room.

The gradient from light to deep blue is absolutely stunning in person—it reads as a soft watercolor that shifts beautifully across the quilt top. Cut into strips for a border, and the color flowed so naturally it saved me hours of fussing over placement.

The ombre shift is so gradual it almost looks hand-painted once it's pieced, and the fabric has that soft, buttery hand batiks are known for. I cut into it for a baby quilt and the color depth alone made the whole top come alive.
