I was hesitant about how the dark background would look in person, but the peony blooms pop beautifully against the deep base. The fabric has an almost batik-like depth that makes each cut unique.

The deep purple and magenta tones in this Tibetan Peony print are stunning, and the fabric has a lovely hand for quilting. I’m already planning my next project around this rich floral from the August collection.

The multi-hued floral design is even richer in person than on screen, and the dark background makes the peonies really pop. I’m already planning how to fussy-cut it for a quilt backing. It’s got that heavy, quality hand that Kaffe prints usually do.
