RILEY BLAKE - Confetti Cottons - Wheat

The hand on this cotton is noticeably soft right out of the package, which makes it lovely for quilting without feeling stiff. It pressed up nice and flat with just a quick steam, so the fabric worked with me rather than fighting the iron. Really pleased with how the wheat color reads in person—warm

Finally a solid cotton that doesn't feel stiff or board-like—the soft hand made ironing this wheat color for my quilt top a breeze. It held its shape nicely through the first wash, too.

The hand on this 100% cotton is noticeably softer than most quilting cottons I've worked with, and at 43/44 inches wide it gives me plenty of room for cutting fat quarters without waste. I've already used it for two quilt backs and it pressed up beautifully with no weird shine.
