Introducing the 2022 Color Builder Collection. Each set contains three large spools of 50wt cotton thread, two variegated and one complementary solid. This year we've drawn our color inspiration form twelve breathtaking rainforest plants from the Amazon Water Lily and the Bird of Paradise to the Jade Vine and the Spider Lily. These plants are a representation of our earth's most threatened tropical forests, largely affected by deforestation and climate change. For 2022, Aurifil has partnered with Rainforest Trust, an organization dedicated to the long term protection of these forests.#AC50CP3-023

I was really impressed with how smoothly this cotton thread ran through my machine—no fraying at all. The soft green variegated spool is absolutely lovely for quilting.

Steven P. ★★★★★

The two variegated spools blend so beautifully with the solid one, and the 50wt cotton glides through my machine without a single snag. I’ve already started a quilt with these and the colors are even richer in person than on the screen.

The color combos in this 2022 set are exactly what my quilt needed—the two variegated spools blend so smoothly into the solid, and the 50wt cotton glides through my machine without any fraying or breakage. I’ve already used half a spool on a baby quilt and the stitches are crisp and even. These larg
