The four sample quilts in the back really show how the blocks can come together, which was the push I needed to finally start piecing. I love that the blocks come in four sizes, so I can mix them into a lap quilt or a bigger bed cover without doing any math on my own.

The four-size options for each block are genius for adapting to any project. I've already used the smaller version for a pillow and plan to make the larger one for a full quilt. So much inspiration packed into one book.

I love that this is a mother-daughter collaboration—the patterns feel like they've been tested by two generations of quilters. The blocks coming in four sizes makes it easy to mix and match for whatever project I'm planning, and the four sample quilts give me plenty of inspiration to work through.
