The KAI 7100 - 4.25" Professional Series scissor is ideal for tasks that require a small but powerful cutting tool. The high-carbon stainless steel blades provide extra-long edge life and high cutting efficiency. It also features handles made of Elastomer, a soft plastic, which is designed for better leverage and ease of handling while cutting. Additionally, as being the smallest of the 7000 series scissors, the 7100 is better suited for detailed tasks such as thread snipping, embroidery projects, Hardanger embroidery, beadwork, rug-hooking, applique projects, and fly tying to name a few.

Steven K. ★★★★★

The high-carbon stainless steel blades have held their edge through weeks of daily use, and the 4.25-inch size makes it perfect for tight, detailed cuts. It’s sharp right out of the box, no breaking-in needed.

Robert B. ★★★★★

I was a little worried these would be too small, but the high-carbon stainless steel holds an edge incredibly well through detailed cuts. The compact size makes them perfect for precision work without any hand fatigue.

Sophia B. ★★★★★

The blades are surprisingly sharp right out of the box, and the high-carbon stainless steel holds its edge through a full week of hobby work without any noticeable dulling. It’s compact enough to slip into a pencil case, but it cuts through thick thread and cardboard like a much larger tool.
