Waterproofing for fabric. It is water-based, machine washable, and the package is recyclable. It is great for turning your quilting cotton into a waterproof fabric! Squeeze onto fabric, then use a plastic card (or old credit card) to distribute onto fabric in a thin, even layer. Contains 2.12oz.
