I've never made a quilt before, but this pattern's instructions were so clear that my first attempt actually turned out looking like the picture. The 54.5" x 68" size worked up faster than I expected.

The colorful fabric mix really pops with this one—the finished 54.5" x 68" size is perfect for a picnic blanket. I'm a beginner and the quick construction kept me motivated from start to finish.

The directions were so clear that I had my 54.5" x 68" top pieced in a single weekend, which is rare for me. The quick construction really lets the bright squares shine, and it's perfect for a confident beginner like myself.
