The fabric pressed like a dream for my latest quilt project, and the vibrant orange hasn't faded at all after its first wash. That soft hand they mention is real—it feels lovely to work with.

I was worried 100% cotton solids can feel stiff, but this orange fabric is actually super soft and smooth for quilting. It presses beautifully and the color is vibrant without being overwhelming.

The hand on this Riley Orange solid is incredibly soft, much nicer than I expected for a basic quilting cotton. I'm using it as a background for a baby quilt and the 44" width is perfect for cutting big squares. The color is a true, vibrant orange without any dullness.
