Isabella ★★★★★

The way the author weaves the history of that blood-stained quilt into a modern murder mystery kept me turning pages late into the night. I especially loved the Waxahachie setting — it made the cozy quilt retreat feel so real and chilling.

Leo ★★★★★

I was hooked from the first chapter — the way the blood-stained quilt ties into the mystery is so clever. The pacing kept me turning pages late into the night, and I loved how the retreat setting added a cozy yet tense vibe. Definitely a satisfying read for any suspense fan.

Mia ★★★★★

I stayed up way past midnight because the murder mystery in Waxahachie pulled me in immediately, and the way the 1880s quilt ties into the clues is so clever. Such a gripping cozy thriller.
