The batik dye has so much depth—the purples shift from almost plum to a soft lavender depending on the light. I used it as a focal print in a table runner and it really makes the piece pop. Just wish the bolts were cut a bit wider for larger projects.

The purple gradation in this Pansy colorway is exactly what I hoped for—deep at the edges, softer in the middle, and the batik texture adds such nice depth to my quilt blocks. It’s a true quarter-yard cut, so I’ll be ordering more of this line.

I can see the batik pattern more clearly after washing and ironing it, the watercolor effect really pops now. Used it as a border accent on a lap quilt and the purple tones blend beautifully with solid fabrics.
