I've been hunting for this exact Lil Shelly print for a project, and the 1 1/4 yard cut gives me just enough to fussy-cut a few of the little shells without waste. The fabric has that soft, smooth hand you'd expect from a quality quilting cotton, and the Marine blue tones are beautifully deep.
