The 13" square sheets give me plenty of room to sketch 12" blocks without the pattern running off the edge. Forty-two sheets means I can mess up a few stars and still have plenty left for the whole quilt.

I picked this up to draft my own paper pieced stars and the 13 inch squares give me plenty of margin around a 12 inch block. Paper feeds through my printer without jamming, which was my main worry.
