The silk coating on these makes such a difference when you're pulling the papers back out, they slide right free without snagging the fabric. Die-cut edges line up neatly too, so my hexies actually match when I sew them together.

I've been piecing hexies for years and these die-cut papers are the most consistent I've used — every single one lines up perfectly. The silk coating really does help the fabric slide off without fraying the corners. 100 per bag is a decent amount for a small project.
