The Saguaro came together faster than I expected for something with this many pieces. I used up a whole bin of green scraps on the body and it still has that clean southwestern look. Already planning to string tiny lights on it for the holidays.

I love that this is a scrap-buster pattern—it cleared out a good chunk of my stash while making that majestic saguaro. The pieces went together smoothly, and I can already picture it decked out with tiny lights for a southwestern Christmas.
