Cutting these jar shapes used to take me forever with a rotary cutter, and now it's one quick pass through the machine. The 8 inch finished size is perfect for the quilt I'm making, and every piece lines up cleanly.

I've never been able to get a decent 8 inch jar block by hand, but this die cut one out perfectly on the first pass. The BOB design means no extra trimming or alignment, which saves a ton of time on a full quilt.

Cutting these little canning jar shapes is so much faster than tracing templates, and the block finishes exactly at 8 inches like it says. I've already made six blocks for a kitchen wall hanging and each one lines up cleanly. The die does all the piecing prep, so I just sew and go.
