The ochre tone is so warm and rich, and the floral design has a subtle texture that makes it feel more like a print than a flat pattern. I've already used it for a quilt backing and it handled beautifully, no fraying or fading in the wash.

Finally a fabric where the ochre shade isn't washed out; the floral print feels both crisp and delicate. It's going to look fantastic in my next quilt, and the cotton has a nice, soft hand.

The ochre background really makes the floral pattern pop, much warmer than I expected from the photos. It's a nice medium weight for piecing, and the print aligns well when cutting.
