Atkinson Designs: Snack Shack 隔熱墊

These hot pads are the perfect size for grabbing casserole dishes right out of the oven. I love how soft and flexible the chenille is, and the simple sewing process was a nice bonus. They've already become my go-to kitchen tool.

I made a batch of these in an afternoon, and the layer-and-stitch method really is as foolproof as it sounds. The 6.5" x 8.5" size is perfect for grabbing casserole dishes straight from the oven.

The chenille texture makes these pads surprisingly flexible, so they wrap around bowl edges instead of just lying flat. They’re the perfect size for pulling a hot casserole dish out of the oven, and the layering holds up well after a few washes.
