Benartex - Chillin & Grillin by Kanvas Studios - All The Fixins - 炭灰色

I wasn’t sure about the darker charcoal tone until I started piecing, but it anchors the grilling motifs beautifully without overpowering them. The fabric is crisp and easy to work with, pressed flat in no time. Already planning a second project with the leftovers.

The charcoal background really makes the burger and fixings graphics pop, perfect for a summer quilt. I love that the pattern is printed clearly without being too stiff, so it sews up nicely. Already planning my next project with this fabric.

The charcoal base is way richer in person than it looked on my screen, and the print has that nice crisp detail that makes the burger toppings pop. I've already cut into it for a quilt backing and the weave feels sturdy without being stiff.
