The markings are crisp and the laser-cut edge grabs fabric nicely, so my Dresden plate wedges came out perfectly even without slipping. I sewed 18 pieces into a half-circle and it measured exactly as promised, which made the math effortless.

I love how the 36-triangle full circle comes together so easily with this ruler, making a gorgeous 31.5-inch Dresden plate. The clear markings along the 10-degree lines really help keep my fabric cuts accurate and the seams matching perfectly.

I was a bit skeptical about needing a specialized ruler, but the 10-degree markings make piecing a Dresden plate incredibly precise. The clear acrylic is thick enough to stay put while I cut, and it’s fantastic that just 36 triangles build a full 31.5-inch circle.
