I love how the large 18.5" blocks make this pattern come together quickly, even for a beginner like me. Using fat quarters from my stash was a breeze, and the five sizes give me options for different beds. It's a straightforward, satisfying project that looks fantastic when finished.

Having five sizes in one pattern is such a nice bonus, and the fat quarter-friendly design meant I could finally use up some stash favorites. The blocks were quick to stitch together and the large scale gives the finished quilt a lovely, modern look.
