The fabric has a nice weight to it—not too stiff or flimsy—and the black really holds its own against the lighter watercolor prints. I’ve already used it in two projects, and it handled the needle smoothly without fraying.

The black base color is rich and consistent, and the batik watercolor pattern adds a nice subtle texture. I'm using it for a quilt backing and the fabric has a good, stable hand without being too stiff.

The batik texture gives this fabric an almost watercolor feel, and the black is so uniform it looks like liquid ink. I’m already planning my next quilt around it.
