I was pleasantly surprised by how well the fabric holds its shape after washing—no fraying or stiffness. The dot pattern is subtle but adds nice texture to my latest quilt project.

The deep Kashmir blue is even richer in person, and the batik texture gives it that lovely handmade feel you just don't get with regular quilting cotton. It pressed like a dream and didn't fray at all while I was piecing my blocks.

The hand-dyed variation in this Bali-made batik gives each cut its own subtle character, which I love for patchwork. It’s soft without being flimsy, and the Kashmir tone blends beautifully with both warm and cool fabrics in my stash.
