The batik texture is what sold me—it's got that lovely hand-feel that quilting cottons sometimes lack, and the grape-purple peonies have so much depth in person. I've already ordered a second yard for a backing, it's that pretty.

The deep grape-purple of this peony print is even richer in person, with a subtle batik texture that adds lovely depth to my quilt blocks. It pressed flat beautifully and didn't fray much when cut, which I really appreciate.

The deep grape color in this peonies print is so rich and even, the batik texture adds a nice hand to the fabric. I used it for a quilt backing and the pattern lined up beautifully. Really pleased with the quality.
