The batik pattern is so crisp and the hand-dyed depth of color really shows in person—the fabric has that lovely waxy feel you want from a Bali-made batik. I’m already planning a second project with it, the design is that easy to work with.

I was nervous about ordering fabric online, but the hand-dyed look with those subtle color variations is exactly what I hoped for. It’s got a slightly crisp feel that softens once washed.

This batik has a lovely hand—it's soft but not flimsy, and the deep blue tones really pop against the lighter spots. I'm using it for a quilt backing and the drape is perfect.
