The pen slot is a nice touch I didn't expect, and the pattern instructions made putting it together surprisingly easy. I've already started planning my second one in a different fabric.

The flat bottom means it actually stands up on my table, which was exactly what I needed for quick access to my phone and keys. I especially love the pen slot and the deep interior zippered pocket for keeping my wallet secure. This pattern is so well thought out for everyday use.

I was pleasantly surprised by how roomy the flat bottom is—my phone and glasses fit easily without jostling. The three inside pouch pockets keep everything sorted, though the zippered pocket is a bit snug for a larger wallet. Great pattern for organizing a busy day out.
