KAUFMAN - Kona Cotton - Lavender

The color depth is gorgeous and the weave feels sturdy but still soft to the touch. I’ve washed a test swatch twice and there’s barely any fading, which is exactly what I need for a long-term quilting project.

I used this for a baby quilt backing and the fabric was soft enough to skip pre-washing. The 44-inch width gave me just enough for my project without awkward seaming.

The color is a true, soft lavender that reads as a calm, muted purple rather than anything too bright. It pressed up beautifully with no distortion, and the hand feels smooth without being overly stiff.
