I’ve been sewing with this grey cotton-flax canvas all week, and it presses beautifully without shifting like cheaper cottons do. The sturdy weave holds its shape perfectly for structured tote bags, and the natural texture adds exactly the right amount of interest to a simple quilt block.

The subtle woven lines give this fabric a nice structure without being too stiff, and it held up beautifully through the wash before I started cutting. I'm using it for a quilt backing and the natural flax feel adds just the right amount of texture.

The woven texture on this cotton-flax blend gives it a nice hand for quilting, and the grey linear design is more subtle in person than on screen. I've already used it for a small tote bag, and it held its shape beautifully.
