The stars and stripes woven into this rose floral are subtle enough that they don’t overwhelm the design, which is exactly what I wanted for a quilt backing. It holds a crease beautifully when pressed, so my patchwork seams came out sharp.

The rose floral pattern is so crisp and the stars woven in give it a fun twist that plain florals don't have. It's a sturdy quilting cotton, held up nicely through a prewash and pressed out smooth for my latest patchwork project.

The 100% cotton feels soft yet sturdy for quilting, and the 44/45 inch width gives plenty of room to work with. I love how the stripes and stars play off the rose floral—it's perfectly balanced and sews up beautifully.
