The navy ground is so rich and even, and those floating leaves have just the right amount of contrast to pop without screaming. It pressed like a dream and held its shape through the whole quilt top.

The little leaves are perfectly spaced so the navy reads almost solid from a distance, which makes it super forgiving for seams. It pressed up beautifully and held a crisp crease while I sewed — exactly the drape I was hoping for in a quilting cotton.

The navy background makes the floating leaves pop without being loud, and it pressed like a dream when I was piecing my quilt top. The cotton has just enough body to hold a crease but still drapes nicely for a border. I’ve already got a second cut in mind for backing.
