The quilt top stitched together faster than I expected, thanks to the clearly marked seam lines on the panels. The whole project used up a good chunk of my cotton scraps, and the finished edge already has that soft, cozy feel.

I love how the pre-printed panels make piecing this together so quick, and the flannel I added mixed beautifully with the cotton for extra softness. The rag edges came out perfectly frayed after just one wash, giving it that cozy, lived-in feel.

The pattern’s instructions for using flannel alongside the cotton are what sold me—I had leftover flannel scraps and the rag edges turned out even fluffier than I hoped. It’s a forgiving project that makes a worn, vintage look without any fussy seams.
