The gradient shift from deep plum to soft lilac is so smooth it looks hand-painted, and the fabric has that lovely waxy batik feel that makes it easy to handle on the machine. I've already cut into it for a throw pillow cover and the color depth really pops against my neutral sofa.

I used this for a quilt backing and the soft hand of the batik made quilting a breeze. The gradient is subtle enough to work as a solid, yet adds that extra visual interest. Really happy with how it washed up too, no bleeding at all.
