RILEY BLAKE - First Blooms by Heather Peterson - Gingham - Berry

I was so happy to find these prints that actually capture that nostalgic spring feeling I remember from my own childhood. The floral and gingham combination is perfectly balanced, and it brings back memories of picking tulips for my mom.

I picked this for my mom's birthday and the tulip pattern brought back her story about the garden she kept as a girl, which made it that much more special. The gingham trim is a sweet, unexpected detail that ties the whole design together perfectly.

The fabric reminds me of my grandmother's kitchen curtains, that soft gingham with the berry tones just pops against the spring flowers. I've hung it in my hallway where the morning light hits it, and every time I walk past I catch myself smiling at those tulips. Exactly the kind of nostalgic piece
