I’ve been searching for a navy plaid that doesn’t read too preppy for my quilt top, and this one hits that sweet spot perfectly. The color is a deep, rich navy that pairs beautifully with cream solids, and the fabric held up well through prewashing without any fraying.

The weave is surprisingly tight and even, which made cutting my quilting squares a breeze without any fraying. I’ve already started a second project with the leftover scraps because the fabric handles so nicely.
