RILEY BLAKE - TYPE/ography by Lori Holt - Dusk

I was worried the Dusk colorway might be too dark, but it’s a beautiful deep purple that adds great contrast to lighter prints in my quilt. The fabric has a smooth hand and pressed out nicely for piecing.

I've been using this fabric for a few small quilting projects, and the way the letters pop against the dusky background is really satisfying. The print is crisp and consistent, which makes cutting around the shapes a breeze. It's a lovely addition to my stash.

The dusky purple tones in this print are just muted enough to work with almost any quilt project I've got going. I'm already planning how to fussy-cut those letters for a personalized baby quilt.
