Scrappy Tiles拼布被圖案 by Cheryl Brickey

I love that this pattern looks like improv piecing but gives you the structure of a single block—way less stressful to piece. The layer cake friendly instructions saved me a ton of cutting time. My first quilt top came together in a weekend.

The single-block rotation trick makes this feel way more doable than it looks, and the clear diagrams kept me from getting lost. I’m a confident beginner and finished my first block in under an hour.

The fact that one simple block can be rotated to create that improvisational look is genius—I'm a confident beginner and had it pieced together in an afternoon. Being layer cake friendly means I used up a whole stack I'd been hoarding, and the random rotation trick hides any mistakes beautifully.
