Simple Sampler Quilt 拼布書 by Kim Diehl

I’ve already made two blocks from this book and love how the traditional patterns get a fresh, modern twist with Kim’s fabric choices. The diagrams make piecing those tiny triangles surprisingly easy even for a beginner like me.

The patterns are laid out so clearly that even a newer quilter like me can follow along without second-guessing every step, and the story behind Kim's original sidewalk-sale find adds a nice personal touch. I've already picked out fabric for two of the blocks.

I was pleasantly surprised by how many different block patterns are included—it gives me plenty of options to mix and match. The book lays flat easily while I'm working, which is a big help when I'm at my sewing machine.
