Laura Heine 的 Spool of Flowers 拼貼版型

The spool itself looks wonderfully antique against the dark background, and the flower collage on the thread is just gorgeous. The pattern instructions are clear enough that even a beginner like me felt confident cutting and layering the pieces.

The black background really makes the antique spool fabric pop, and the flower shapes are perfectly sized for fussy cutting. I’ve already pulled my stash for a second version—this pattern’s a keeper for anyone who loves collage quilting.

The spool and flower shapes are printed large enough to actually fussy-cut tiny prints, which saved me hours of guesswork. I paired mine with a dark batik background, and the contrast made the flowers pop exactly like the sample.
