Sulky - 蓬鬆泡棉 - 白色 2mm 6in x 9in

I needed something with a bit of give for a costume collar, and this foam’s 2mm thickness was just right—soft enough to shape but sturdy through my sewing machine. It held up well after a quick hand wash too, which was a nice surprise.
